Terms of use

1. Scope

These terms apply to duskviolethaven.com and the free slot demo on it (together, "the site"). By using the site you accept them; if you don't, please don't use it.

2. Age requirement

You must be 18 or older. The demo asks you to confirm your age before it loads, and using the site means you confirm you're at least 18.

3. Entertainment, not gambling

Duskviolethaven is free. You can't pay in, risk money or receive money, and nothing of monetary value can be won. We don't offer gambling and don't need or hold a licence under the Gambling Act 2005.

4. Imaginary credits

The demo runs on credits supplied by the game's publisher. These credits:

• are worth nothing in money or in kind;
• can't be purchased, sold, transferred, cashed out or swapped;
• exist only within the demo and reset each time it reloads.

5. Third-party game

Frenzy Clusters is shown in an embedded frame, loaded from its publisher's servers in fun mode. The publisher controls the game and its availability. We don't alter it and aren't responsible for its content, availability or results. The publisher's own terms may also apply to your play.

6. Please don't

• use the site if you're under 18;
• attempt to exchange credits for anything of value;
• disrupt the site or try to access areas that aren't public.

7. Content ownership

The site's words, design and illustrations belong to Duskviolethaven. The embedded game belongs to its publisher. Please ask before reusing anything.

8. Availability

We do our best to keep the site running and accurate, but it's offered as it is, without promises that it will always be available or error-free.

9. Liability

So far as the law permits, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Because play involves no money, no financial loss can arise from it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, with disputes heard by its courts.
