1. Who's responsible
Duskviolethaven runs duskviolethaven.com and is the data controller for personal data you send us. Privacy questions: hello@duskviolethaven.com.
2. What we collect
Almost nothing. No accounts, forms, newsletters, payments, analytics or ad tracking. If you write to us, we receive your email address and your message.
3. Stored in your browser
- dvh_age (local storage): your answer to the age question.
- dvh_note (local storage): that you've closed the cookie notice.
Both stay on your device and say nothing about who you are. Remove them whenever you like in your browser settings.
4. The game publisher
After the age question, the demo loads from the publisher's servers. They may set their own cookies and receive technical information like your IP address, under their own privacy policy. We have no control over this and don't receive any of it.
5. Emails
We only use your email to reply and remove the conversation once it's done. Our lawful basis is the legitimate interest of answering you.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
7. What we'll never request
Card numbers, bank details, ID documents, passwords or verification codes. The site has no place to enter them.
